History
The Australian Road Cycling Championships have been in existence since 1999 and the Australian Time Trial Championships have been combined with the Road Championships since 2002.
The event was conducted in Portarlington in 1999, 2000 and 2001, and has been conducted in Ballarat (Buninyong) in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2007 and in South Australia (Mt Torrens) in 2005 and 2006.
